Role Based Security



The application has a role based login system. Different levels of permissions exist for different portions of the site. The application allows JJS to add, edit or remove roles and users as needed.

Search


The application allows users to search for information on employees by typing all or a portion of the employee's last name.

Initially all that is presented is the employee's name-so that if multiple results exist they are presented in an efficient manner.

To obtain all of an employees information, one simply needs to click on a name and the contact expands to present all related information.


 

Apha-Sort Display



The application also has a quick information page that presents needed data in alphabetical order.

A user clicks on a letter and all employees whose last name begins with the letter selected, appear.

Enter/Edit Employee Info



The application allows Editors and Administrators to enter and edit data.
